A friend of mine has a car he just bought with gt40 heads, they have a rocker arm retrofit and run adjustable rockers. The pushrods have a small orange bushing that broke that needs to be replaced. Can't seem to find any information about it. We don't have any idea whos its made by or anything.

I think these are a kit from some one like Crane. That offered adjustability without milling the heads for studs and guide plates. Some kits I have seen have a plastic collar that locates the push rod. If you look up crane kits similar to these it may give you an idea of what you have.

Best fix. Remove heads. Mill for studs and guide plates. And run hardened push rods in the correct length.
