a little worried here my car seems to be whining

like the tittle says. i was at a red light the other day and i noticed my car was making a little whistle noise. i been searching around and the results show either gear whine or the AOD transmission on these cars like to whine. any thoughts?

trans will whine if its low on fluid. if its whining and full of fluid, its about to grenade itself.

check fluid level in trans and power steering, could be either or a front pump going bad in trans
