1994/5 Mustang in the snow?

RE: 1994/5 Mustang in the snow?
I drove my SS in the snow all the time, and can promise it has way more hp and torque than any stock or lightly modded 94-95 GT. I have good snow tires for my 94 GT and plan on driving it in the snow, though a little weight in the back and use your head and you will be fine.

where did you get the stock 14s number for the quater mile....i'm pretty sure the 94s and 95s run 15.1 stock...i have a few mods and can only run a 15.3, only been to the track twice in my life and made less than 15 passes but i drive pretty well...my motor does have a lot of miles though, but i think anything below a 14.9 would be tough to get....does this sound right or do i just suck...hahaha my motor has 110000 on it

There will be no difference than driving a V6 aslong as you know what your doing. What differnece will horsepower make on solid ice or in deep snow? I had a 94 5 speed GT and I was driving on 2 inches of black ice over a bridge. I didn't know at the time and I gve it alot of gas. My rearend came sliding around but I wa able to maintain it, just don't rely on your brakes, gear down or use the accelerator to gain control. Take off In second gear, or feather the clutch if you must. And if you get a big enough hill covered in snow or ice, nothing short of a 4x4 with chains or studs in the tires will be able to climb up it. So if you want control on ice and in snow buy a gas hog Four Wheel drive SUV and throw some grabbers on the wheels along with chains. Any other vehicle will be the same as a 94 Stang GT.
