Default Exhaust pipe closeness to fuel tank

I have a 92 LX 5.0 and just installed a Flowmaster cat back exhaust. I never paid much attention to the previous location of the exhaust pipe on the passenger side in relation to the fuel tank and fuel lines. With the new setup the exhaust pipe is about 1" from the tank and lines. Just wondering if this is normal or do I need to put some type of heat shield to keep lines and tank cool.

It is actually pretty normal. Just tie them back if you have to just to be sure.
