swapping mt into auto 95 5.0

swapping mt into auto 95 5.0
I am swapping a manual transmission into a friends 95 5.0 and need to get a complete list of all parts needed. This is what I think I need.
computer, pedal assy, transmission, clutch, bellhousing, clutch cable, transmission harness, shifter, console, flywheel.
will i need driveshaft, crossmember or anything else? will the same starter work? any help would be appreciated, we need to be sure we have every single part before we start the swap.

t5 or tko?
the auto pcm can be used, the shifts need to be tuned out.
pedals, tranny, clutch, flywheel, bell, block plate/spacer plate (metal plate) they might be different for the sticks, i can measure my auto plate and my buddys t5 plate and let you know.
tranny harness, shifter, i think the console does not need to be swapped, i will find out soon myself.
you will need a throw out bearing, pilot bearing, and a clutch fork, clutch cable and firewall adjuster, and clutch quadrant.
the drive shaft should work, count the splines first, they could be different, but i dont think they are.
