347 will work just fine but I'd stick with EFI.

AROSTANG; You sure did.
You need to also change the fuel pump, the fuel regulator and the lines from the tank.
Bad thing about this is the fact that if you live in an area where you need some sort of smog every year or two, the car won't pass the test and cannott be registered....
