Default Identifing 302 heads

Does anybody know how to identify what heads are what? I have a mid 90's 5.0l and saw some numbers stamped into the heads but still don't know or can't find what they stand for. Thanks for any help.

I thought they all were from 96 year engine? I will get a pic. Are they still mostly cast then too, they just felt lite when I picked them up, but then again I'm usually lugging around 350 heads from a 350R.

nevermind, no need for pic, they are cast, haven't seen them in a while and have been looking at aluminum heads a lot for ideas.
