Ok.. my last question in regards to my issue- I was looking up the price for a new unit and on the AutoZone website I saw what they call a harmonic balancer repair sleeve. At first I thought this could be a quick and easy fix until I am able to replace it but my better judgment tells me otherwise. Am I correct in concluding that I cannot glue this outer ring back on and that replacing the unit is the only way to fix it?
