see i thought you had to have all oem, or all polly, or all solid is what ive always heard.

Like I stated earlier in this thread, I can feel every thing the engine and drivetrain is doing. My old stock mounts were 15 plus years old and real sloppy. It feels close to the old dirt track cars we used to race with the solid mounts. Not loosing any of the torque going to the ground.

Do you old schoolers remember the glass belted tires and retreads we used to run in the 60's and 70's? You could feel every thing in the road including the pebbles you ran over, then went to steel belted radials and sloppy mushy ride with slow steering reaction.

well i already ordered them.

not sure im going to gain anything performance wise, but at least it will be better then the crap i had.

I'm looking at the same ones but they say the fit 87+ and i drive an 86, will they still fit without modification? A lot of the aftermarket parts that i have seen say 87+ but most people tell me that there is no difference between an 86 and a 87 mechanically speaking.
