Default vibration when accelerating

I just purchased a 1989 Mustang GT 5.0 automatic and Im getting a very bad vibration when accelerating and it also will do it in neutral as long as you get the revs high enough. Im new to the Mustang family so i dont know about any of the problems that mustangs have. It feels like a rumble and it also vibrates, feels like its in the trans area and can feel it in the shifter. Its does not affect the power or the running of the vehicle, but very annoying and i afraid it may cause damage.

stock engine and trans mounts FTMFL. Get under your new stang explore a little bit and check your engine and transmission mounts for damage and torn mounts.

Default vibration

i also have a vibration in what seems like my transmission, but my 89 mustang is man tran with borg warner tran, engine stroked with probe indust. kit. 373 gears cent forc clutch ford racing(supp. balanced at 28.2 oz.) flywheel and mine vibrates throughout entire rpm range whether in neutral or not. it has new energy susp mounts and am in process of gettin tran rebuilt. i believe it may be the flywheel but am not sure anyone with an idea or advice would be greatly apprec.

thanks for the help i hoped more people would give me their oponions, but im gonna start with the trans mount and then the engine mounts.from every thing ive read including some ford tsbs thier not the strongest to start with,so i guess its a process of elimination. If there is anyone out there who has an automatic and know what i may need to do,Id really like to hear from you b 4 i start parts changing
