Pull the spark plugs and see what they look like.

They are only 2 weeks old. But pulled just incase. And are in prefect condition.

Retrace your TB steps again since it started after the swap. You didn't accidentally unplug the MAF did you?

retraced my steps and re did everything . did everythin by the book. and still nothing, i only unplugged the maf to remove the air filter but i plugged it back in before starting it up.
