What electric fan did you get? Are you asking where to find a 12v key on power source? Are you going to be using a toggle switch to run the fan or do you have a controller?

Yes... I was asking where to find a 12v key on power source. I will be running a Taurus fan with a DCC controler FK50P.

some of the wire that go through the fire wall are switch 12 v, I usually buy a tap a fuse spade and tap off a switched circuit on the fuse box

The canister purge solenoid is a good key on 12v source. Located around the passenger frame rail by the charcoal canister in the front of the engine bay.

^^If you haven't yet at least better be your next upgrade. If you are wondering why its because the stock 75 amp alt on the fox sucks and when the fan is running it sucks up almost half of what the alt produces. Its not going to kill you instantly but you will notice you headlights will be alot dimmer than what they already are.

If you run a non switched source. It will allow the fan to continue running when you shut a super hot car off.
