Default 1990 5.o lx o2 sensor problems appreciate help/

Hey guys i gotta 1990 Lx 5.0 with some mods running hooker comp full lengths h pipe to glass packs with dumps, I was running 02 sensors but the other day my car started bucking at low speeds and and spittin in poppin, Today i brought new 02 senors and went to install them after work but the sensors where frozen in the bungs and where about to bend my headers, so i decided to try and start my car with the o2's disconnected, it ran great and is still running great, i am wondering will this harm my engine? and i know i twas my 02 sensors cause i pulled my codes with a scanner, basically what i wanna know is should i grab o2 sensors cause there necessary or can i get away with it?

you definitely want o2s hooked up. like others have said, hit the o2s with pb spray, let it sit for an hour and then hit them again. let sit for a couple min and then get out a big wrench. if thats not enough you may have to apply heat
