Ok if I have a 89' 5.0 with heads and intake, full exhaust, stock crank and stock cam...how much HP would I gain from putting in a E303 cam. I have trick flow twisted wedge heads, and pro products intake manifold, mac headers, off road x, and flows.70mm tb,CAI etc... Or is the stock cam good enough? or am I loosing lots of pontential with the stocker cam.how much gain will I get from adding the e303 with heads and intake?

it already has 1.6 roller roker, I saying how much hp will I gain by adding e303, if I already have heads and intake....or how much Hp will I loose by having the stock cam?

1.7 rockers will help without changing the cam. With the 1.7 rockers, stock cam, afr 165 heads, and a demon carb + 4bbl intake manifold Car Craft got about 325hp at the crank. Add up the costs between popping the valve covers off and swapping rockers versus pulling the valve covers, rockers, intake manifold, water pump, etc. out and replacing all those gaskets to swap the cam. How much is that little bit of HP worth if you're not an all-out racer? Save the cam swap for when it's time to rebuild or if you ever have to replace the water pump, for example.

I am in the middle of haveing an e 303 cam put in with alot of outher things.read here Ihave herd anouther car with the cam and IT SOUNDS SWEET for me the sound is part of the reward

Oh boggers..i's all about the sound my man...I had the E, loved the sound..had to go bigger and get more sound though..

sound isn't everthing...I see tons of nice sounding cars on the trailer as the driver is crying all the way home because he just got spanked by a faster car that sound stock with no lope
