Default Opinions on selling my fox

Perhaps i've lost what little mind that drugs or other controlled substances didnt burn out but, I've reached the decision to sell my 92 notchback 5.0 coupe ..Now this is where you guys come in ..I need some opinions on a ballpark figure to sell it for ...This was my first stang which I bought brand new and have had it ever since 92...The paint is in decent shape, being original paint ( sort of dark red) it shows a few small signs of the years but the body is straight. The interior for the most part is in great condition, only a small tear in the cloth of the drivers seat. Carpet is good and all the plastic is good. Power windows and locks work as well as the instrument cluster. The only non functioning parts would be the cruise control and air conditioning ( removed last year to prep for the track). The car has about 170k but only about 40k on the motor( replaced about 4 years ago). The 302 is from central coast mustang and includes E-303 camshaft, cobra upper and lower, 70mm tb, 75mm mass, 24lb inj, 1.7 roller's, GT-40P heads, Mac short tubes, flow tech x-pipe, P600b intercooled procharger, ffrp aluminum radiator, electric fan, subframe connectors, hotchkiss adj upper control and solid lower control arms, 4:10 gears, stock axles and original t-5, which is in good condition..Also fuel pressure, boost and air/feul ratio gauges.
Hopefully by the end of the afternoon i'll have some pics to place with this thread to better help the formed opinions. I honestly hate to sell this car..Lots of memories involved, good and bad, but as it stands I have lost the initiative to continue restoring it and I know there is someone out there who loves these cars as much as I do and would do it proper justice ..Now, What based on the info set out before y'all..What would be a fair asking price?
