Intakes??
Im looking into putting on an intake in the winter for my 90gt. Im not sure which i should go for though. I hear that the trick flow track heat is the best to go with. Can anyone tell me diff. or tell me some good ones and how much hp they add?
i greatly appreciate it.

RE: Intakes??
IS your mustang stock? What are you going for street or strip? I heard that the GT40 was good in h-power as well as torque. Also BBk came out with a new intake it looks cool sits high and flows good. This intake is called the BBK SSI-Series . It has a standard 75mm throttle opening and comes with billet aluminum fuel rail kit. Check out both of theis before you make your decision.

you need to know the future of the motor before buying an intake. or you could end up buying then selling parts. the track heat has a higher rpm range. i wouldnt use it on a street car/DD car. for a strip/street car yes

im going to use the car for street and strip. the motor is no longer stock its been bored to a 306 with forged pistons. i still have stock heads but in winter that will change. i also have every bolt-on you can have except an electric water pump.

i like how ppl talk about forged. our motors have that stock. its a 306 with stock heads its still stock if you went with a basic rebuild. bolt ons really dont do all that much. whats there pulleys and a tb. i would plan out the whole combo before you do an intake, just so you know exactly what direction youre going ot go in. hate to see you buy an intake then find out thats not the RPM range youre looking for. also a stock rebuild to a 306 is probably a gain of 8hp
