will the 99-04 spindle and break set up work on a fox with a tubular k-member i read on m page that if you use their k-member it will is that true or they just trying to sale their product

I think they are trying to sell their product. I'm using brakes that are identical to the new edge cobra/mach 1 front brakes.

My buddy has an 01 mach 1 and his front brakes are the exact same as mine, except mine have Cobra embossed on them. His rear brakes are identical to mine.

SO THE 99-04 WILL WORK AND I DONT HAVE TO USE THEIR K MEMBER AND DOES IT CHANGE THE OFFSET OF WHEELS I AM GOING TO RUN 18X8 IN FRONT OR WILL 17X9 WORK BETTER

Yes the 99+ will work. You just have to have an adapter for the brake line on the passenger side and you will need a few washers to stack on the balljoint because fox's are taller then SN's ball joints. OR you can just press in 94+ ball joints. You do NOT have to use another Kmember.
