all depends what shape its in....as soon as you pull the intake and heads off you really get to see how much you should pay for it...but i think $300 is great for a complete 351W...but again all depends what shape the block is in...good luck

If the intake or carb is covered and the spark plugs are still in it, I bet the block is fine. But if water got into the cylenders and sat for along time it might be beyond fixing, there is only one way to tell though.
