fan messing up a/c??

RE: fan messing up a/c??
If you have no cooling fan working at all or not working very well then yes it will affect the A/C.
The high pressure will build to high and then the blow valve will open and release freon into the air to drop the high pressure. If your compressor is the same as mine I will be it was coming out os a nut looking thing on the A/C line on the compressor.
I know this for sure because 1.I have been working on A/C systems for years. 2. I have forgotten to turn my fan on before and had the same thing happen.
As long as the fan is running the pressures will stay fine.

You might have to put some more oil in it if the entire system is empty.
Some of the valves reset them selves and others need to be replaced.
You will know when you try to fill it.How much did you lose?
When it happened to mine as soon as I turned off the A/C it stopped blowing it out.I didn't lose much freon at all.
