oil pressure low?

oil pressure low?
i noticed just a lil bit ago that my oil pressure is low how do i narrow down whats wrong? the motor is new and only has like 4000 miles on it. that and she sits alot so i just drive my gas beater but when i do drive it she sees 4-5grand quite often. any help is much apprecaited.

its not low on oil just checked that a little bit ago and on where its says normal on the guage its reading at like the oil, where as yesterday it was at like the m to a in normal hope my that helps
could it be the oil pump or oil sending unit?

That same thing happened to me yesterday. Usually it's at the half mark when I'm driving. Well yesterday I was driving on the freeway and it was around 20psi and at idle it fluctuated between 0 and 10. I replaced it today with a mechanical guage and now it's around 25 to 30 at idle and 50 to 60 on the freeway. Damn stock guage almost gave me a heart attack.lol
