I just installed a contour fan setup in my 90 LX vert. I am using a 40 amp relay and a temp switch in the water neck. I am running a 195 thermostat. My question is:
The temp switch makes the fan come on at 213 degrees F. Then off at 208 to 209. I am thinking this is too small of a spread and maybe just a tad high....opinions please??

Anyone?? How do you have your fans setup with a 195 thermostat?

Not really, it is not overheating. Is there not a thermostat on it to turn it down?

you need a better thermoconductor seems like its coming on way to high in the temp. Id set it to come on at 198-200 and off at 195

albeit the temp range is beyond where it should be, its within factory spec
