The ground for the coil is the Tan/Yellow wire coming out of the TFI.
You'll also want to make sure that the Black/light blue has ground also.

There is a TSB out on that TFI connector, so if yours is flimsy, consider going to Ford and getting the revised connector.

Also, you say you've changed the ignition module. Be aware that there are 2 different colors of TFI's, and they operate completely different from each other in their strategies. If you replaced it with one of a different color(gray & black are the 2 options), you'll likely see starting issues associated with spark.

okay do you have any idea what one is supposed to be in there ? mine right now is black and so was the old one. and the distributor has a warranty still on it should i pull it and just get a new one ? since it wont really cost anything anyway and tfi is the ignition control module right ? and whats the tsb ?

if any ones from the tri state area and think you can figure it out i will pay you its been to a smaller shop and a ford dealer and no luck at ither

well problem solved! in between all the testing i was doing on everything i put a computer in it that a local junkyard ordered for me and that didn't do anything so i gave up on it for awhile since i got busy at work then recently my friend came over and we played with it non stop and it turned out it was a computer failure and the one i put in it was no good ither so the junkyard took it back and i got another one and now its running

My 94 gt was just cutting off with no hesitation I changed the coil, ignition module I also changed the part under the steering wheel. I tried to start it nothing I am not getting a spark from the coil I just ordered a computer i am praying that this works If not I have no clue please help I am new to this thanks!
