I just finished putting in a stock rebuild of my 5.0.

I converted to mass air.

I started the car and it idles beautifully, but there is zero throttle response.

It has a new bbk 70mm throttle body and egr, new computer from gratenelli, c and l mass meter, all new.....

I was thinking the tps but that was new as well?

any ideas?

I would suspect fuel or ignition problems. Even if every sensor on the motor was dead, it will still have throttle response.

Maybe the throttle cable came loose or has some slack?
