what is the easiest or best way to change the power steering fluid in my fox

Take the return line off the reservoir and stick it in a bucket. Run the engine and feed new fluid into the reservoir at a constant pace until the fluid coming out of the return line is shiny new. Turn engine off, reconnect line, done.

which one is the return hose

The rubber hose connected to the bottom of the pump with a spring clip or worn clamp. Be sure to plug the hole before filing the reservoir for the flush.
