I know this question has probably been asked the most on this forum...BUT...What are the problems you run into with swaping a 5.0 into a 2.3 chassis? I will try to get the V8 from the same year as the I4, but I want to know, what am I getting myself into?

the biggest is the wiring and you have to get the gas line from the v8 car and if you change the rear the brake line will have to be moved. make sure you get the radiator and get the white vavle off the end of the brake booster vaccume hose.

Not to mention the brake booster and m/c are different as well as the suspension. I learned all of this from experience. I converted a 2.3 convertible over. Its a fun task, but it does take a little time and effort. Well worth the outcome.
