Ahh!!! Sweet.. Thanks.. I was thinking it was on that "screwed on" tag on the bottom of the block.

So do I have a 91 block?? F1SE-BB is what I can make out on it now..

What year is your car? And why do you think you have anything less than a stock engine? Regardless of mods!

The car is a 66 Mustang.. Currently sitting with a 200 inline 6...

This block as well as all the internals (minus cam and other valvetrain junk) was given to me by my engine guy for some traded LS1 stuff.

I just wanted to know what year block this was so I could more easily figure out what parts will and wont work.

Thanks again!

P.S.. Photos if your interested..

And the car its going into.. With an AOD.

iF YOU'D READ , YOU'D SEE I already answered his question, and your reply doesn't even come close to answering his question reread his post and see what he is asking, he's asking about his block , not if it's stock, the 302 block was from 68- 2000's , they are not all the same, roller vs non roller, 60's to early 70's 302's = thicker castings ect ect, so you can see why he asks about his casting numbers, history my friend history!! learn it

F1SE is 91 like mjr said, I believe SE denotes a Thunderbird Coupe, but Ford used blocks "slated" for one car in another. Keep in mind that if you're running a manual trans and use the factory mechanical linkage, the 91 block has no provision for it, so you'll have to buy an adapter bracket, or convert to hydraulic or cable clutch.
