Default belt run tight & motor tilting ???

2 Q's

1. my belt run using a Pro 5.0 PS bracket up to where the AC was. using a 71.5 belt the tensioner is tilted back ALLLLLL the way. is this right? Pro 5.0 was NO help on the phone with any Q's. I am running BBK? UDP. after sitting for 2 days the belt is only 1/8'' from rubbing now.

2. is my motor tilting? I am just putting, a 98 explorer lower, the new motor back in, but it does'nt look right. All mounts are snugged tight to the block, the frame & tranny.

Where did I go wrong? (other than buying UDP's. :] )
