High idle

Default High idle
Recently when im setting at a light and my car is warmed up and its during the day my car idles 1500 rpm.. I can shut it off and restart it and it idles fine untill I hit the gas and then it goes back up. During the night when its cooler out it idles fine. Any ideas??
