Default Please Help Me !!

I have a 1993 Notch that I am building a 408 stroker for and was wondering if 17x10.5 wheels will fit out back. It is going to have lakewood 50/50 shocks, coilover kit and UPR upper and lower control arms. This is going to be my street cruiser and wanted to put the wider wheels on the back. Also if they do fit what is largest stock type tire that would fit. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

a 17x9 is all you will need. Run a 275/40/17 tire on them.

i say no, because you need an 11 1/2" tire on that wheel and it will rub without spacers

you could manage with an 11" tire, so check the minimum width they say for the wheel

also that is with quads dumped.... 10 1/2" tire will fit with quads reversed end for end

ok, I will have to check on what tire they recommend.... Thanks for the suggestions! I just finished putting lakewood 90/10's on the front with a coil over kit now. I want a cobra bumper from cervinis, so thats what I am about to get next....
