Default rear seat belt bolt rounded

Im in the process of removing the rear seats and seatbelts from my 86 LX and it seems a previous owner rounded the Torx head bolt holding the driver side rear retractor on. Ive tried several times to get it out with no luck. Before I called it quits I sprayed it down with penetrating oil so I can start fresh tomorrow.
Im planning on attempting to drill it out but, Im concerned about the strength of the threads after retapping it. I had plans on using the back belt anchors for mounting harnesses. Anyone have any ideas on removal of the bolt ??

Heat it up good with a torch, a MAP gas torch from your local hardware store should suffice. then put a large pair of vice grips over the head of the bolt, sideways so you can turn it, not straight down. then use another large pair of pliers to clamp the vice grips shut. you want to clamp it down as tight as possible. itll come.

You can also weld a nut to the bolt and once the weld cools and hardens just wrench it off with a regular socket.

you guys are making it to difficult......here's what I have used with success, slides over the head and let the teeth dig in.......I have the 10 piece kit and if the largest won't fit over, I've used my die grinder to male the head smaller so it will fit
