Default Brakes Feel hard....

i have been having a brake problem lately. my bakes feel hard, the car stops but it dosnt have that emidant reaction if i hit the brakes .... i changed brake booster, master cylinder, lines, calipers, rotors, wheel cylinders. if any one knows anything let me know.... i do have a b-451 cam with a .574 lift it that means anthing. do it have to adjust the booster? or need a vacuum canister?

check valve in the brake booster feed hose

if it didnt happen WITH the cam or turbo installation... then its a part failure
