Default Fuel injector O-Ring stuck or lost

I was putting on an adjustable fuel regulator today. I removed the two bolts on the throttle bracket and the two bolts on the fuel rails. I was able to lift the fuel rail off of the injectors and it gave me enough clearance with my scrawny arms to swap the fpr.........

When I was lifting the fuel rail up and off----Two injectors stayed on the fuel rail and the other two stayed on the manifold.

MY PROBLEM:

The o-ring on the tip of the injector (where the injector meets the rail) is no where to be found...................................So, I'm missing this same o-ring on two injectors.

--It's not on the ground anywhere
--I can't see it in the engine bay anywhere
----------So, I guess its stuck on the fuel rail, but I can't get it out, even if I try to push the fuel injector back in..

Little help needed. I don't feel like removing more parts.

just push harder on the injector, it'll go past the oring eventually. use a tiny bit of grease if you have to, it'll slide over it no problem with grease on it.

probably in fuel rail, I personally wouldn't do what matdel did but if it worked for him maybe it will work for you, i would remove the fuel rail and make sure it's not in there then get new o-rings and install, i used petrolium jelly to install them.

if in fact there is a stuck o-ring and you don't get the 0-ring in the proper place on the injector it could leak and cause fire

The problem is I can't see underneath in there. I really don't want to remove the intake or throttle body. Mainly bc I just installed a new throttle body and adjusted my intake bolts. Any advice in that regard.

I ended up removing the throttle body anyways. I used a dental pick to get the o-rings. Now, I'm just wondering if any o-ring for these frpp 24lb. injectors will be ok?? I ACTUALLY HAD THE DENTAL PICKS IN MY TOOL BOX!!! I forgot I even had them. no joke. I wish I remembered what I used them for last time. But,

I'm just wondering if any o-ring for these frpp 24lb. injectors will be ok??

one of my o rings was stuck in my fuel line and i took a shirt hanger and bent it, stuck it in the fuel rail, gave a little pressure and pulled... o ring came right out.
