Default Auto Tranny

This is for every1 who has an automatic tranny in there 5.0. The shifter has 2 drives, regular drive and overdrive which is marked with a circle around the D, my question is when racing are you in regular drive or overdrive. Im about to take my car to the track and im wondering which is better for racing?

Ok thanks, but for highway driving you would usually put it in overdrive right?
