331 stroker runs very bad. Barly idles. Dies with throttle and jumps rpms when let go
Hey guys, I have a 90 foxbody mustang with a 331 stroker engine. It has a 302 ho block and is running all of the 302 engine management. Has a big cam, trickflow upper and lower intake, GT40p heads, large injectors that are calibrated to the trickflow MAF sensor.
So here is my problem. When I bought the car the o2 sensors were not plugged in. In fact there was no hole for them at all. So I welded in the bung holes and installed 2 fresh o2 sensors and pluged them into the harness. I reset the computer and afterwards fired it up. The car idled better than ive ever heard it and revved perfect for about 60 seconds. Then the car died off, and barley holds an idle. Anytime you press the gas the engine wants to die, but when the gas is let up the engine will increase rpm and slowly die to its weak idle. The car is not drivable. Any ideas?

The car has an aftermarket autometer gauge cluster that doesnt have a spot for a cel. I am going to jump the port here but all i have is a digital multimeter. So I will wait till I have an analog and then pull codes from there.
