Default codes from a check engine don't know what to do to fix them

I have a 91 LX throwing two codes one is code 23 TP/FIPL sensor out of range. I'm pretty sure thats throttle position sensor gone bad. The other is code 34 EGR (EVP) closed valve signal too high. That one has me stumped and tips or advice on what mechanically is causing these codes?

Default

Throttle position sensor. Egr valve position sensor. Three wire sensor on top of egr. Replace evp and retest. Sometimes it is eternals of egr that causes evp code. Replace egr if evp sensor does not correct issue.
