02 sensors unresponsive

02 sensors unresponsive
Car started runnin bad and reealllllllly rich. Last night we ran it on our
sn-EEC laptop and the 02 sensors were not working at all. I tested the 02 sensors and they are working perfectly by themselves off the car. Ayone got any ideas? I just put a new custom diablo chip in the computer but i confirmed its not the chip because it runs the same without it. My mods are listed below.

ok last night i went back and found a bad wire to one of the sensors and fixed it and the 02 sensors started working. i started the car and it ran so i then shut it off and disconnected the battery so we could have a fresh start an hour later when my buddy brought the laptop over. Well he got to my house and we hooked it up and reconnected the bettery. It showed the fuel injectors duty cycle at key on was 100% and that the tps was at wide open throttle, and the engine temp was only 9 deg. and i know it was 80 deg. in the shed. All this we couldnt figure out and then we tried to start the car but all it does now is role over and doesnt fire at all. Any ideas what happened??? we think my computer is fried.
