Ok guys I got the new clutch and the rebuilt tranny back in my 93 gt. I put a steeda quadrant and double hook quadrant with a firewall adjust in as well. The adjuster is all the way out and there is still some play in the pedal. In the instructions it said to use the hook closest to the firewall so i did is it ok to switch to the further hook at the top of the quadrant or should i just adjust the nut further in at the clutch fork?

Adjust the cable at the clutch fork. Set the firewall adjuster about an inch or so from the firewall and take the slack up at the fork. Then use the firewall adjuster to fine tune the pedal feel and clutch release. When finished you should have the clutch releasing/engaging about 1/2 way through the travel and you should have about 1/16"-1/8" gap between the FW adjuster and cable end when pulling out on the cable.

I believe that when using the FW adjuster you're supposed to use the hook closest to the firewall.
