Default new help identifying motor

i need help identifying a motor i just got from the junkyard. they wrote 94 5.0 on it. it looks like a truck intake on it, but the only numbers i saw on the block were f1se bb, which i searched and alot of people say its 91 from thunderbird. anyone actually know what this motor is? ill post pix if it will help. its complete and running, so i dont wanna open it up to look at the lifters if i dont have to.

Found this on another forum

F = 1990s, 1 = 1991, S = Thunderbird, E = Engine, meaning its probably a 1991 5.0 (302) block out of a Thunderbird....
