1993 lx 5.0l!!starts fine and idles fine and runs fine when driving normal!problem is when I try to break the tires loose from a stop it really bogs down! In first gear i will give it revs and is fine then let out clutch for a launch and it will bog out,catch up to itself,then I shift to second and it does it again!let off fuel pedal and car catches up and will drive fine!!seems to only do this on hard launches.started doin it all of a sudden!!if you drive normal it does not do it and only does it from a start and in first two gears!! Like I said stars,idles,revs( in nuetral) just fine!did fuel filter already!!like to start with simple things and work towards there more difficult as I am just a weekend warrior who ain't rich!!

tune up, bump timing. check for codes

fuel pump baffle in the tank. replacement of the tank is the only fix. it should go without saying, do not attempt to weld the baffle back in place.

verify baffle is broken by taking a hard right turn with around 1/4 tank of fuel. if vehicle bogs from the turn, the baffle is broken.
