Nothing has to be done to the car to make a 4.6 fit other than installing a k member for a 4.6. You will have to use 4.6 motor mounts of course but that's it. You should be able to use it's stock oil pan. How was the clutch modified to work with a 4.6?

I'm not exactly sure. My brother said he rebuilt the clutch and did something to it. I have to speak with him further about what exactly was done.
