Tried pulling codes tonight scanner wasnt communicating going to buy a new harness on the car side at work tomm cause the spade terminals inside the connector arent looking to good so hopefully that fixes the problem cause im pretty sure all the grounds are ok and than hopefully i can pull codes, OH yeah how do you do an idle re learn?

Ohm out the ECT and see if the resistance decreases as the temp increases. You 'may' have a faulty ECT. Id also look at performing a fuel pressure leakage test too
Hopefully the codes will point you in the right direction

Still trying to sort this mess out...
Hey guys sorry been a couple days been busy doing other stuff with the car, how do i ohm out the ect? and what and where is it? Im having trouble pulling codes my car wont scan or for that matter i cant pull codes out of it the scanner hooks up and powers up but when i do the tests i get nothing scanner just freezes and ive tried multiple scanners an old snap on that ive used on my car a thousand times and a brand new ethios so i know its not the scanners, Im pretty sure my fuel pressure is good but ill check that again, anymore suggestions?

ECT = Engine Coolant Temp Sensor. Unplug it (located on the lower intake manifold), place an ohm meter on the sensor terminals, start and run the vehicle. As the temperature of the coolant increases, the resistance of the ECT should decrease.
