What he said, and if nothing else the easy out will cause it to break loose then the paint can tool should work.

alright so easy out, u think by taking out the header should give me enough room to pull it out?

I can't believe you are still fighting with this. If it is that big of a PITA I would just knock it down into the oil pan and just drop the pan.

If you can't get on it I guess I would pull the header.......I know what you have done because I have done it myself. It seems like it came out way to easy and then you find out that it broke off. Luckily, I had the engine out and was going to change the pan anyways.

Only thing I can tell you is that it sticks down in the block a good ways. The thickness of the block that is an inch or better and then a few inches more. If you do get the piece out, it will be about the length of your ring finger....Hopes this helps.
