freeze plugs are a pain. Ussually when one goes out they all go out. But if you want to replace that one, just use a screwdriver and a hammer to the side of the plug, knock it side ways then pull it out. use a socket the same size as the freeze plug, and knock the new one in. You can us rtv sealer around the edges to get a better seal if you want.

In back of block? No matter, what the issue right now to consider is that all the rest of the freeze plugs are no better than the defective plug.....
