First disconnect the fuel filter. Then take an air line from a compressor and blow the line out going back to the tank. Don;t use too high of a pressure, otherwise you might blow the sock off the pump. Did you check the ground wire to the fuel pump? A little corrosion on the connector will cause a drop in voltage and cause the pump to slow down. You should also check and make sure you are getting a full 12 volts to the pump.
