Well guys now the fuel pump sometimes doesn't work, last week I went out to start it and it was pretty cold and the pump wouldn't come on at all. Then I replaced the relay and it started right up. Next day it wouldn't start again, so I went to a different autoparts store and got another relay and put it in and it wouldn't start. Next day it started, then I cleaned all the gounds and connectors and checked the inertia shut off switch, it ran fine for a week then yesterday I went to move it out of the street cause I didnt want the plow truck to burry or hit my car and it wouldn't start? Went out today at about 12 and it started right up. Every time I go to check the rear connecter the car starts right up so I don't get a chance? It seems when it's really cold out is when it happens?? Any help is appreciated!

does the fuel pump do nothing what-so-ever, or does it atleast prime the system.

This will lead us in the correct direction.

It does nothing whatsoever, it did it this morning when I went out to start it to go to work. I had to use my dad's car, when I got home I tried it and it started right up?

check voltage at the relay... this happened to me a while back.. and then at pump.

I did the relay, it was putting out 12.4. The rear was the same, a while back I pulled a code (Fuel Pump Circuit)
