Default Motor stalls after rev. ??? HELP ????

Just completed a H/C/I swap on my 94GT and im having problems keeping the motor running. It idles fine, no surging, but when I rev the engine, the motor will rev up, as soon as I release the gas pedal, the rpms drop and the motor stalls.

I checked for vac leaks and replaced a few vac hoses, but still same problem. Does anyone know what might be causing this?
