94 gt speedometer and radio doesnt work

94 gt speedometer and radio doesnt work. the tranny was rebuilt. is it the sensor or the ignitoin switch ive heard both? or could it be something else?

start simple and check your fuses. NO, I do not know which one and it will save you time to chck them all. Dont forget the box by the batt.......

I checked all fuse and all of them were good I took off the speedo sensor and spun it and the needle didn't move.
