My neighbors recomended getting a chrome vent, with some research i realized is called a cowl. i agree with them and this it will look good with the black paint, plus mine is broken, and the metal would probably never break. does anyone know where you can get these?

if its for the fox, i wouldnt even consider it.

chrome doesnt get you home and doesnt belong on a Fox/sn95/new edge or S197

Nooo, he's talking about the cowl vent, that vented thing right infront of your windshield and before your hood. Don't get chrome, it'll wear off and rust over time, it probably wouldn't look horrible thought. If you want something different for the cowl vent, go on ebay and get a custom one, but I would just go back to stock.

plus if the sun hits that thing just right you could put others and your self in danger if the sun reflects off the cowl vent and happenes to shine in someones eyes. a guy in PA had a chrome plated helmet riding his BMW bike and the shine hit that helmet perfectly and the person behind him got shined in the eyes and got in an accident. just something to think about but ultimatley its your decision.
