Default whistle

I have an 89 Mustang GT and after my car get up to normal operating temperature It begins to make a loud whistle coming from under the hood. I have attempted to track down the problem but I am not having much luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

It could be a number of things IMO. Check out the alt, vacuum leak, serpentine belt, intake tube from air filter to TB, leak between the upper and lower intake, pcv. This is just what I would check out. If you have a carb set up then check the carb, they make noise before going bad. I'm probably wrong on all my suggestions, but that's what I think might be wrong. Good Luck finding it. If you can update us on what it was when you find it.

Start the engine and get some carb/injector cleaner and spray around where the upper intake mounts to the lower intake. Spray vacuum lines. Also spray around the TB and EGR. If there is a leak the motor should stubble some. I was also thinking you could have a dirty TB. If you can re check the tightness of the clamps from your air filter to your TB. Hope this helps.
