95 347 codes 113, 212 crazy idle

Waiting for the weather to warm up a tad , been cold as heck around here. I have to reconnect the TPS as I was messing with the wires 2 just came off, so hopefully thats what it is.
I'm in Southern illinois - Centralia
the only codes I was getting were the 113 and 212. I replaced the temp sensor and the connector is connected to the spout.
When I get a chance I will meter the TPS and spout.

TPS comes out ok based on the posts ive been reading..
I did a KOER and got the following:
Cylinder 8
172
I do notice the car seeming to run rich. Also I always have to give it gas before lettign out the clutch or it will die and will be hard to restart (like its flooded)
I have it in a heated garage now, so time to fix this thing!!
I called Anderson motorsports about getting a PMS, but the recommend the problems be fixed before taking it in for a PMS.
